Dear Parent/Guardian,

The school year is flying by, only one half term left. I would like to thank you all for your continued support during this half term, a short but extremely lively one.

The last half term of the Summer is an extremely exciting one with countless experiences and events organised and in the middle of being organised.

Here is a list of important dates over the next half term so far, we will inform you if there is any change and explain any arrangements closer to the time. More events will be shared with you as the arrangements and dates are confirmed.

2/6/25 – HMS Day – NO SCHOOL for the pupils
3/6/25 – School reopens
3/6/25 - Trip to see ‘Sgleinio’r Lleuad’ - Reception Class - Year 4 - Pontio
3/6/25 – Open Night for New Nursery Parents – 6pm – School Hall
4/6/25 – Service by Open the Book - Everyone
4/6/25 – Creative Session with Gwion Aled – Yr 5 and 6
5/6/25 – Engineering after school club – Those who have registered
6/6/25 – Dangerpoint - Talacre – Yr 5 and 6
9/6/25 – Open afternoon to showcase the work and film on ‘Cofiwch Dryweryn’ Yr 5 and 6 – Everyone welcome
9/6/25 – Swimming – Yr 3 – 6 – Plas Arthur
10/6/25 – Excavation at Bryn Celli Ddu – Yr 5 and 6
11/6/25 – Spectrum Project – Healthy Relationships – Yr 1 & 2, Yr 5 & 6
12/6/25 – Excavation at Bryn Celli Ddu – Yr 5 and 6
16/6/25 – Swimming – Yr 5 and 6
16-17/6/25 – Glan Llyn – Yr 3 and 4
17-19/6/25 – Three day YDH visit – Yr 6
19/6/25 – School Transition Day (Everyone moves up a year)
19/6/25 – Transfer morning for a new Nursery class
23/6/25 – Swimming – Yr 3 – 6 – Plas Arthur
25/6/25 – Swim Safe – Yr 5 and 6 – Trearddur Bay
25/6/25 – Ysgol Parc y Bont 150 Celebration – School Grounds
26/6/25 – Trip to Gypsy Wood – Nursery and Reception
27/6/25 – In Character, ‘Cofiwch Dryweryn’ – Year 5 and 6
30/6/25 – Swimming – Yr 3 – 6 – Plas Arthur
2/7/25 – Virtual Wales Euro Jamboree - Everyone

7/7/25 – End of Year Reports Out
8/7/25 – Open evening for all
10/7/25 – Trip to Gulliver's World – Yr 1 – 6

18/7/25 – SCHOOL CLOSES
